The Fresh Art Spring Tour is a free self-guided journey to the finest studios and galleries in the Lake Pepin and Chippewa River Valleys. Enjoy the season’s roadside wild flowers and breathtaking views as you travel the famous Great River Road and the backroads of western Wisconsin. Join the Pepin Trailblazers at the Pepin Arena (N889 Trail Rd, Pepin) for a night of fun! Events include:

- Youth, Pee Wee and Regular Barrels and Keyhole Race
Awards will be presented after the July 18th show. Exhibitions begin 6pm.
Celebrate the holiday season at Durand Dazzle Day!
You can find the perfect gifts at the Durand Dazzle Day Ho Ho Ho Expo held at the Durand High School 10am – 3pm. Vendors, food, and prizes are plenty. There’s also face painting and you’ll even see Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Starting at 3pm, head over to Memorial Park to check out an exotic animal viewing zoo and take a ride on a trolley or horse drawn carriage.
Durand Dazzle Day Parade starts at 6pm!
Start your celebration of the season by enjoying holiday foods and wines on the Great River Road Wine Trail! Both the Maiden Rock Winery and Cidery and Villa Bellezza Winery are participating – you don’t want to miss out. Advance tickets for the event are $25 per person. Each ticket holder will receive a wine trail glass and a six-bottle wine tote at the first winery visited. Their ticket and wine glass will entitle the holder to free wine and food tasting at each winery. You can pay for your ticket at the winery or online, using PayPal. Online purchasers should bring their PayPal receipt to the first winery visited. Plan to enjoy the event for the entire weekend, and visit all eleven wineries! Start as far away as you can, and work your way home!! Please have a designated driver (sorry no wine tasting, but a lot of great local food). Designated driver tickets are $10 per person. The Eleventh Annual Flyway Film Festival will take place October 19-21, 2018 in Pepin, Stockholm, and Alma, Wisconsin. Flyway Film Festival’s mission is to bring the best in independent film to the Lake Pepin area of Wisconsin and Minnesota for the purposes of cultural enrichment, community-building, arts education, and to inspire the next generation of filmmakers. The festival venues are on the shores of Lake Pepin, a part of the Mississippi that widens to a 40-square-mile “lake” sixty miles downstream from the Twin Cities. The area is known for its scenic river bluffs as well as for its vibrant arts scene, gourmet dining, and sailing.
Full festival passes for unlimited screenings and parties are available now through October 1st for $120. Six-ticket “binge passes” are $65. Tickets for individual films ($12, or $8 with a student discount) will be available on October 3rd, as well as tickets for the opening night party.

Join us for the 20th annual Fresh Art Fall Tour with 17 studios and galleries throughout the picturesque Pepin and Pierce counties. As you travel the winding roads, a backdrop of autumn hues lights up the hillsides and bluffs, creating a work of art all their own.
